RE Agent Coach - $100k/mo

RE Agent Coach - $100k/mo

This guy had a goal to scale to $50k+/mo. while traveling with his family...
This was one where I honestly didn't know if I could pull the rabbit out of the hat.

Over the years, I've worked with a lot of people.
But this guy might be one of the most interesting.
One of the first things he said to me was:
"I'm making good money, but I'll be honest I don't really now how"
I laughed, and replied: "Ok well we can fix that"

We had a few challenges:
  1. He had ZERO Systems
  1. He had ZERO Consistency
  1. He had ZERO Desire to work more than 20 hours/wk.

Now you might think this guy is a complete fool, but I'll show you here shortly why he may have been clueless at the time, but he might be one of the smartest clients I've ever worked with.

Here's what we did in an attempt to help him:

1 - We firstly re-worked his content. It was all "value, value, value" but not in a good way at all.
Important distinction, there is value like, The old school: '7 Tips to make better content' Search Engine Optimized Blog type content.
Then there is value like: 'How I create Impactful Daily Content' which demonstration competence and shows proof.
He was using the former. So we switched to the later, which was hard for him at first, but he got a $5k sale on day 3 from a lead he never even knew he had just because he switched his content.

2 - We then nerded out and built KPI Tracking, a CRM and a Daily Action SOP for him to work off instead of throwing sh*t at the wall like he had been doing.
Now this is where things got interesting. His big old ego kicked in and he said: "I shouldn't be doing this".
So he tried to hire an appointment setter. He had the volume so we approved it.
We trained the appointment setter to an inch of his life.
The first few days the guy messed up a few leads, which happens. But our client wouldn't stand for it.
I told him: "If you don't know what you're doing how can your team member be expected to know"
I could feel the rage through zoom, but he held on to it and we moved on.

3 - We then re-worked his DM Script, and his sales process to include warm up and "I need this NOW" content.
But again I get a message from him... I'm expecting him to lose his sh*t.
"Jason..."
Typing...
Typing...
How long is this message going to be*
Typing bubble stops
ahhh here we go*
Typing...
"I decided to fire the setter and take this on myself, let's make it happen"
few... that was worrying*

He dropped the ego, he dropped the "I'm better than this" attitude...
But he kind of fell off our radar for 3 weeks.
We checked in a few times but didn't hear much back from him. Then suddenly I see him on a group call.
He was the first on the call, we had another 10 people on there to. He unmutes and says:
"Jason, I'm about to go on Holiday, can I say something real quick?"
internal panic sets in*
"Fire away my friend"
"I came into this program with an ego (*yeah no sh*t*), but as soon as I dropped that and did the work I was able to turn my 'lucky business' into a real business and we're well over $50k this month thanks to you."
Ha I knew it would work... I think...

Another couple weeks go by and I get a message on Skool:

"alright my man, we just hit $100k in sales in November, thank you for all your help"
Holy F*cking Sh*t... seriously?

This guy came in with an ego, with a chip on his shoulder, but he had the balls to drop all of that and trust that I could help him.
He stopped the "I'm bigger and better than that" B.S. attitude and did the actual work.
All with One VA plus himself, he was able to hit $100k in a single month... doubling his initial goal.
Pretty F*cking cool right?

The truth is, he was never clueless, he was just hell-bent on keeping his ego and identity safe. Which isn't the path to growth.
Once he dropped that B.S. and opened himself up to learning he was able to achieve his goals... with ease.
So many are to afraid to do that, to afraid to get out of their own way, because they want to protect themselves.
I'm not... my best clients aren't either. So everyone of you reading this shouldn't be either...

If you want my DIRECT help with the strategies above, I have a couple openings for Client Accelerator, just reply back with the word "DIRECT" and I'll shoot them over.
