What I’m focused on in 2025

Last year I made the decision that I no longer wanted to ‘play small’

Although our current consulting business is doing fantastic and is growing year on year. I have a deep desire to expand, scale and grow. Not only in the consulting space but in other areas to.

And so this year we’re expanding our offerings, which may seem crazy to some, and 100% not something I’d advise, but what we’re building directly compliments our existing consulting business, in fact it makes it even better…

So here’s what I’ll be working on and talking about for the rest of the year:

1 - My Consulting Offers

Yes, I’m not ‘retiring’ like you see a lot of gurus do. I love consulting, it’s still the main source of income. I’m going to push even harder in this area. We’ve had 2 back to back record months and we’re kind of in ‘cruise control’.

We have 3 offers, all offer different levels of access to me and different time commitments.

Client Accelerator - 8 Weeks - Add 5-10 Clients ASAP

Inner Sanctum - 16 Weeks - Add $20k-$30k/mo recurring ASAP

Partnership - 6 Months - Scale to $100k/mo

I am one off capacity with the partnership right now, but the rest have no current limits.

2 - KPI Tracker App

This has been a dream project for a long time. My brother and I built these crazy sheets back in the day, that you still see a lot of people in this space use. It’s funny they give it to their clients but forget to change the branding, so we know it’s ours… We have no issue with that at all.

It’s a big reason why we made the KPI Tracking app, so you can give it to your clients, get paid, but also your clients can automatically send you a weekly report. Which will help you be a better coach to them, but also build more goodwill.

We will be scaling this app in the coming weeks. It’s out now and is bloody awesome, a few features to add and we will then get to scaling!

3 - SkipTheMBA

Now this project is a dream to. We actually started building this 5+ years ago, but didn’t have the tools, knowledge or team to make it happen. But now with the growth of A.I. we have the tools, team and knowledge… well access to all of that. To build the App we’ve always wanted to build.

We currently have 30+ members and are aiming for thousands by years end. This is a project that will help so many people, through our free podcast, blog, in-depth training portal and our paid membership portal.

This is something we’re super proud of and it’s only the beginning.

I’m going to be documenting the growth of these projects, sort of ‘build in public’ if you will.
